Emmaus Spirituality Centre founded in 2003 is belonging to the Tamilnadu Bishops’ Council to cater to all the needs of the people in the Church of Tamilnadu. For the past 22 years 7 President Bishops of the Centre along with 7 Directors and their Team Members worked hard to achieve the vision and mission of the Centre and developed it as they can. Now there are regular Social Programs and spiritual programs and other developmental works going on in the Centre. Now this Centre exists to provide awareness on health, community development of the rural people, to provide counselling and career development especially for the youth for a responsible citizenship, to care for the destitute, children, aged and widows, to conduct various seminars, workshops in different levels for men, women, students etc, to prepare resource materials for social animation of people irrespective of caste, creed and religion, to organise and conduct prayer conventions for the spiritual welfare of the people. to conduct programs of evangelizing mission.
